Hey All-
I don't know how I made it but I did! I felt like the witch screaming "I'm melting, I'm melting"! If you have no idea what I am talking about, you obviously were not in DC this weekend when the Devil decided to bring hell here. OY it was too hot for words. Nothing worn was comfortable but unfortunately I couldn't wear my birthday suit around. Before any of you say anything, yes I am obsessed with this belt. It just adds a certain "je ne sais quoi" to any outfit and its my summer staple. I bought this romper last year and only wore it once but its so roomy yet cute that I had to throw it on again. I hope I can get back in the fashion swing of things since I have been MIA lately. Its hot and so hard to dress and stay cute when the heat index is 118 and you metro and walk everywhere... SIGH..... Enjoy......

Along with the cookouts and picnics and outdoor functions please stop and remember all the fallen soldiers who gave their lives for the country. Without them we would not have many of the liberties we have.....

My weekend was pretty chill and well to be honest I perspired so much that there was NOTHING cute about me. My hair, my skin, my clothes just GROSS lol.

1.how do you guys stay so fresh and so fly during these blistering summer months?????
2. Can you spot the odd ball pic in the group and what piece of clothing or accessory makes it different?
3. What am I missing that I almost ALWAYS wear with EVERY outfit??

Happy Tax Day everyone... did you remember to file your taxes?
Not much going on with me today, it was pretty much the usual, work, fashion, friends, fun and NICE WEATHER.
Just moved into this new place and (siiigh), I had to get over my FEAR of being embarrassed by the plethora of WEIRD and CONFUSED looks from bystanders in regards to me taking pics of myself on a tripod. With moral support from my manman (mommy in french), I was able to just do it but let me tell you something, I DID IT QUICKLY. I felt like a cockroach when the lights come on out there because I was taking pics quick so that the least amount people could see me. I am thinking now, I should be EXTRA bold and the next time I do this and get a funny look just hand the person a business card... hmmmmmmmmm light bulb just clicked!
